I am a self-pay patient. On July 20th I was seen by this NP at the Green Valley location.
I paid the entire cost of the treatment at check-out ( a little under $300).
Saturday the 29th i received a statement in the mail stating that I owe your firm $42 and change additional over and above what I have already paid.
This seems very irregular to me. Why is your practice billing me for additional money when I paid the entire cost upfront on the day of treatment?
If you were in my situation would you feel it appropriate (as I do) to open a case with the Better Business Bureau? Would you passively accept the business's word that additional money is owed with no explanation?
No, I don't think you would.

Once in the surgical room, Dr. Hu was extremely quick in removing the cancerous area. The attendants and supporting staff were great. Only loss of stars is for the 30 minute wait to be brought back for my procedure

I came in for surgery only to find out that additional screening is necessary before surgery can proceed. The NP who initially examined my issue 10 days earlier should have been aware of the necessity for additional screening before scheduling surgery. Also, it felt like a very rushed experience.
