My practitioner was friendly, professional, and informative. Her assistant was very helpful. But…these are my concerns:
1) when will my biopsy results be ready?
2) why does your website prevent me from creating a patient portal account so that I can check for my biopsy results?
3) I have tried repeatedly to create a patient portal account but without success.
Since this biopsy is for determining whether my mole was melanoma, I would expect better information about when and how to expect to get those biopsy results. Since I can’t make a patient portal account…what do I do to get those biopsy results???
