Wechita Recalde, NP-C

Wechita Recalde, NP-C, FNP-BC, is a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background and a specialization in dermatology. She graduated from Centro Escolar University in the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked there for several years before moving to New Zealand in 1997. In New Zealand, she worked as a Registered Comprehensive Nurse, focusing on Cardiothoracic ICU and Head and Neck Nursing in Auckland. She moved to the United States in 2004, where she worked in various Tucson hospitals in Cardiac ICU, Neuro ICU, and Bed Control Management.

Wechita earned her Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner with honors from Grand Canyon University. She has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2021, and since then, she has specialized in Dermatology, treating a wide range of skin conditions with a focus on patient-centered care. With her strong clinical background and specialized training, she has accumulated valuable experience in diagnosing and managing dermatologic conditions, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

She is nationally certified by both the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Additionally, Wechita is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Southern Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse-Nurse Practitioner Society.

Wechita is currently accepting new patients and is committed to providing exceptional dermatology care to individuals of all ages.
