Dr Hu is one of the nicest and most caring doctors I’ve ever met, she knew how scared I was and took the time to hold my hand. She’s so busy and still calls you at the end of the day to check how you’re doing. Thank you Dr Hu.

My experiences have been wonderful — till now. I have benefited for 7 years from exams and treatments from Dr. Hu (and more recently Don Valmores) , including receiving Blue Light (PDT) treatments for many years that have significantly reduced the incidents of skin cancer for me. I found out that now Dr. Hu requires that we purchase a Micro Needling Roller (cost $50) each time we receive a PDT. I am not able to afford $250.00 for the 5 Micro Needling Rollers I would need to purchase for the 5 treatments recommended for me. I believe that this requirement blocks many people from receiving the beneficial PDT's. I am asking you to change the new rule so that the use of the Micro Needling Roller is optional, not mandatory. I know Dr. Hu has the best interests of her patients at heart, and hope she will continue to allow all of us who need PDT to have access to it. It has helped me so much without the Micro Needling Rollers, and my preference is to proceed without them.

Started off on the wrong foot but ended fine. My appt was was scheduled for 11:30 AM. I arrived around 11:15. Somehow, in their system, my appointment showed as being at 11:30 PM.

Great bedside manner. Very professional.
I do feel some discomfort with pain. The Tramodol does help some. The stitches pull but might be common. Some burning occurs also.

Dr. Wu is a great surgeon & very fast. She cares about her work & the people she is doing work on.
The assistant staff are young and learning but they were all well determined and did a great job as well.
